Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Processing time is the time it takes to make, package, and drop off your order to the post office. Our current processing time is up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday). This does not include shipping time.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Rates are calculated at checkout after you input your address.
Worldwide Shipping:
Unfortunately we currently do not offer worldwide shipping. We only offer shipping within the U.S.
Cancellations:
We do not offer cancellations. Please make sure you’re certain about your purchase before completing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If your order has not yet shipped, you may request an address change by contacting us at biancaangeliecreatives@gmail.com or at our Contact Us page with your name and order number. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or redirects.
If the address provided is incomplete, we will attempt to contact you within 5 business days. If no response is received within this timeframe, your order will be canceled.
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost or shows as delivered but you have not received it, you must file a claim with USPS and follow their guidelines for resolution. We are not responsible for lost items once they are shipped. We do not control the shipping timeline after your package leaves our facility.
