- Use a small amount of dish soap or shampoo.
- Do not drench in water or wash in the washing machine.
- Snip loose fibers or yarn with sharp scissors. Never pull out the yarn.

All orders are shipped out of New York. The current processing time is up to 5 business days (M-F). Not including weekends. This is the time it takes to make, package and drop your order off at the post office.
Domestic US shipping is an estimated 3-5 business days depending on the destination.
